Very nice cane/walking stick. Fine design, craftmanship and materials, and priced appropriately. Perfect for my needs.

I have trochanteric bursitis. One leg is slightly shorter than the other, due to a broken femur at age 14. It never bothered me until I turned 60, then it became painful as hell. I'm a little over six feet tall, so I need a longer one than standard, and the typical crook hurts my hand. This is light, strong, the right length, and looks as cool as a cane can. (Ha! Ha!) Using it immediately relieved the stress on my hip ligaments. I just have to mentally adjust to needing it! (As Don Juan says in Castaneda's books, you have to lose your self-importance.)

Master craftsmanship in this cane; best cane I’ve ever owned! Very sturdy hard wood with beautifully turned knob…. I get lots of compliments on this cane simply due to how beautiful it is!

would be 5 stars had the height been given in description. i received it promptly, but was 2" too tall for me as i have long arms. was very easy to take off the stopper, sawed it down to 37 inches, put the stopper back on, and now i have a very classy, comfortable gripped cane. i prefer the knob handle, i find they put less stress on the wrists/tendons. as i have a severe back problem, this cane is everyday use for me, would highly recommend it if you'd prefer something less ordinary than other canes.

Great Cane. Only problem, which will take 5 seconds to fix, is that it has a brass ferule on the bottom -- like the original -- which can be rough on wood floors. Just wrap electrician's tape around the bottom (about 3 turns) and you can slip a rubber tip (available at any drug store) on it. Voila, problem solved. Now all I have to do is find some brass colored tape to wrap around that!

very disappointed as cane is in 3 short pieces that have to be screwed together.

My last game was broken and I needed one right away so I purchased this because there's one that I want to purchase but it comes from the Ukraine and take 6 weeks to get here and I need a cane sometimes everyday sometimes not but I have to have one and this is been a very pleasant surprise it was only $50 and once you get used to not having a handle but basically a thing to lean on and you get used to it learning how to use it it works very well and I can can't tell you how many spills it's saved me from I recently had back surgery again and you have to get out and walk around and when you walk in a zigzag it's always best to have a cane to study you and this one is not a toy I weigh about 225 lb and I'm about 6 5 and this this cane has never let me down or gotten a feeling it was about to break

I like this walking stick. My only issue was the finish on the wood. But, a little light sanding with 400 grit sand paper, Ebony wood stain and a cote of polyurethane the walking stick now shines with an even black and glossy finish. Sure, I made an improvement. To tell the truth, I like my walking stick even better now. Buy this item and touch it up you wont be disappointed. The price is fair.
