Used these fairly lightly, as a homeowner, not a professional, performed well, no mushrooming of heads, dulling of tips, or breakage. In my opinion, would be fine for the occasional demolition job that you run into in residential remodel, at the price, always keep a spare set handy - unless you are one of the few that has never broken a tip, trying to pry loose a stuck bit. Yes, recommend.

These are the proper 1-1/8" bits for Xtremepower JACKHAMMER there's another Amazon vendor claiming theirs are for jackhammers (at about $22 a set) but they are 3/8" hammer drill bits. Their product photos are wrong. I tried twice got wrong bits twice.Buy these from this vendor and you'll save the hassle of returning them and lost work time.Also, these seem to be of higher quality as related to bit hardness. The original bits that came with Xtremepower jackhammer both broke with minutes of use.Now, with these bits I'm breaking caliche and rocks like a champ.

Works very well and has held up through some tough jobs.

I recently purchased a jack hammer for a big DIY job. These bits were simply replacements for the NEXT job so I am ready to go. They are identical to the ones that initially came with the jack hammer purchase.The Bull Point bit is good in a tight corner to get the concrete initially broken up. I didn't really need to use this very often as my job site didn't have this condition.The spade bit is really great and goes through 6" of concrete with no problem. I used one bit for 6.5 cu yd of concrete busting and by the end the tip was pretty worn down - as expected.At the end of the day, these bits are a great value for the DIY. You won't be able to repair miles of interstate highway, but for that DIY home project; slab removal, patio busting, etc. they are perfect. 5*
