It provides excellent support and protection, especially for high-impact sports like football.
This ankle support brace is very comfortable and works extremely well. I play football, and it provides great protection and stability during games and training. I also started using it after an ankle injury, and it has been my go-to support throughout my recovery. It offers solid compression without feeling too tight, and I can wear it for long periods without discomfort. Overall, it’s very reliable and highly effective.

Bodyprox Ankle Support Brace Neoprene Sleeve, Adjustable Wrap has made a huge difference in 3 days!
This breathable Bodyprox ankle brace has a hole where the heel goes, easing the heel issues I was having with a re-occurring plantar issue of medium/high intensity. I was unable to walk much and had lots of discomfort so I bought this. Right away, I could do some of my normal tasks because it supported my foot, heel and arch, which helps. I sat more than usual to rest it and did my plantar exercises. The next day, I wore the brace again and did the yard work I needed to get done for a deadline! I was on it for 3 hours, doing vigorous work. WOW! Not sweaty in my boot. It impressed me. That night I wore a new night splint for plantar and today I could do most of my exercise class that didn't require lots of standing. I'm going grocery shopping now. Both devices seem to help in combination (brace by day, right angle splint by night for 3-4 hours.) I got a medium rather than going up another size (I have an 8D (wide) flat foot.) It would have been too big for my small bone structure. The brace is already just a tad big for me. I set my priority for healing and pain reduction, so I gave this 5 stars. The drawback is the complex directions which allow you to individualize for YOUR foot. I copied the picture and printed it enlarged. I then wrote down on each photo which flap went first. This 3rd day of use, it was pretty easy to put on. 1st photo: sit with leg at a right angle from the foot and push the heel in the hole, comfy; the small label is on the left back side. 2nd photo, The foot: There is 1 smaller flap on each of the front pieces. Put the right smaller front flap OVER the left (ie: the left smaller flap goes on the foot and then the smaller right one secures it on top without big gaps on the side. Play with this). 3rd photo, the ankle: Left flap goes over the right one on the ankle to secure it (ie: put the right flap over the ankle and secure it with the left). 4th photo, the foot to ankle: Left over right (ie: put the right one on the ankle and secure it with the left.) You need to pull these upwards on a diagonal to really support the arch. I think this is crucial! It's worth my time to do it right because it helps so much. I used the labelled photos to mark each brace flap on the top with consecutive numbers 1-6 in silver metallic permanent marker. It's so easy! Play around with how tight you like it, figure out how to make the side gaps minimal so it doesn't rub, and how high to do the last flaps. Take the time; it'll bring relief. I'm going to buy another so I can wash it more easily. I hope your plantar or other issue is helped by this too.

Great for medium support.
Worked well but I needed more support than these offered. If your need is sorted medium support, these will work great.

Best thing since sliced bread !
I severely injured my ankle many years ago. They added a steel plate for support. This ankle brace really keeps the steel plate in place. The direction were also easy to follow. My hat is off to the inventor. I even bought a second one for my good ankle. You can't ever have enough support :)

Good for keeping ankle from moving too much at night
Good enough though wish it was just a bit longer. I wear ladies size 7&1/2 I broke my ankle. Slight fracture in outer fibula of righ one. I just use it at night. It helps keep it from hurting more. They just gave me a boot to wear in day while using crutches or rollater.

Inexpensive and worked well for me
The ankle support brace worked well. It was insexpensive and after a few tries of wrapping my ankle it helped keep my ankle in place. I wore it to play pickleball and wore a sock over the sleeve which made it comfortble enough to play and had not wear issues or blisters from wearing it and playing pickleball. For the money it was well worth it as most ankle supports were bigger and bulkerier and I did't think that would be best for my purpose.

Good support
Liked it so much we ordered 2 more for backup. Easy to use, fast on and off, fits in shoes and provides enough support for hiking with weak arthritic ankles.

I've had this support a few months and have worn it on and off when my ankle is causing me most pain. My ankle has internal scar tissue that impinges and causes swelling, particularly after after walking on uneven ground - even wearing walking boots. When it gets bad, sitting for long periods (for my job), causes swelling that exacerbates the pain. At the suggestion of a consultant I tried a number of supports, including lace-up ones, but the others I tried just made the pain worse when walking. This ankle support provides enough compression and a moderate amount of support which does seem to help keep the swelling down. It's comfortable enough to wear for long periods and not so bulky that it can't be worn inside boots or shoes. It's got no rigid lateral inserts, so is not going to prevent ankle inversion, but it's not claiming to be that type of support. For that, something like an Aircast A60 or Thuasne Malleo Dynastab (neither of which I've tried) would be more suitable). As for longevity, at some point it will need replacing, but that's just the nature of the contruction - there's only so much wear that stitched fabric tensioned by elastic straps can take. It seems to be well made with reasonable materials, and at this price point offers good value for money. You could easily pay the same (around £10) for a slip-on neoprene support with no adjustment. Everyone's ankle (and injury) is different so what suits me might not suit you, but overall, I'm pretty pleased with this.
