These are a good deal compared to pet stores but still expensive. However, the dogs love them and they are more gentle on puppy tummies. Recommend.

Expensive but worth it
The best! He loves the taste; they keep him busy for about 20 minutes; they have never seemed to cause any stomach upset, and they're lower in calories than lots of other treats. But they are pricey.

Smelled old
I have been getting this brand, kind and flavors of chews for years. The local store that i have been getting them from, is closed due to moving locations so i purchased off Amazon. They arent a cheap chews, but my dogs love them. Opening these 3 packages i immediately noticed the nasty smell I have experienced from other treats i have tried in the past. I cant explain it. Its a musty off smell that i associate with previous attempts i made with various other dog chews. A smell i have never experienced previously opening a bag of these chews. I tried offering them to my 4 dogs and they all turned away from them after giving me some serious side eye. I wont be purchasing these from Amazon again.

I have a 3.5 year old Havapoo and he has been chewing on these bones for a couple of years now. He loves the chicken and it doesn't upset his stomach. He also loves the challenge of chewing the bones and getting into the inner layers. One happy puppy!!!

My 2yr old beagle takes much longer with these medium chews and was devouring the small chews in a matter of minutes. Under supervision, medium chews last longer. I would prefer the price was less per stick, especially in a 3 pack: 2 each pack.
