Almost perfect.
Saves on baking paper...but you do need to oil it, which wasn't obvious to me.

Definitely non-stick. Slippy though!
Great for cookies that don't stick. However beware when removing from oven that they don't slide off if you accidentally tip the sheet!

Does what I expected it to do Use it for flaky pastry pie toppings Got the idea from a restaurant who served a steak pie in a dish with the pastry top resting on the top obviously cooked apart from the pie itself I have used this method from then on By doing this there are no failures with the pastry lid slipping into the pie itself and spoiling your hard work preparation
