Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the harps were included. Box was packed well so damage occurred.

we ordered the white-ivory shade and it is more white than ivory. also the fabric has a tiny amount of texture, which is hard/impossible to see on a typical laptop screen photo. that said, we are very satisfied.the packaging was great, the price cannot be beat, and the build quality of the shade is very good. No shortcuts were taken in the construction or materials. I would recommend a warm white bulb with this shade because the shade (that we received) is pure white. Overall this is a great buy.

These are pretty much what I expected. They look very nice. Bright white, which is what I wanted. Maybe not quite as thick as I hoped, but that is easily remedied by a slightly lower wattage bulb. Although they seemed to be packaged very well, one did arrive with a very small dent, which I turned to face the wall. I also had to put a small amount of glue on one of the seems, which was pulling apart. Frankly, I just didn't want to be bothered with sending them back for a replacement. I would recommend these.
