I use these with the "Elephant Ear" spray system. I like these better than the ones supplied with the sprayer because the supplied ones are thin tubes and I'm always afraid of inserting them too far. These are broad enough that I can push them right up and not worry about injury.

It did a great job for my ear.

I have 2 water picks, one has 7 power settings. I found that the lowest setting was still too much power of the water spray into my ears. I think it was unhealthy pressure and I immediately discontinued use. Maybe if your ears clogged up, this would be necessary? I hope this is helpful

These replacement tips work nicely they allow a nice water flow with a 3 stream water output, they also have large drain holes to let water and ear wax out while using them, the tips are comfortable to use and do allow some flex, but they are a firmer silicone, the tips twist and lock on securely as-well, they can be reused many times and are easy to clean (soap and water). These tips fit my ear cleaning machines which use the same twist-lock on design, no issues and so far all the ones I tested had no problems, I do suggest washing them before use, for cons, I would have liked to see a safety seal or better containment of the replacement tips, they are just in a box with a zip lock bag (no safety seals). Overall I highly recommend, fit all my ear cleaning machines (manual and electronic), easy to use (twist on/off), sturdy silicone frame, large drain holes, 3-water streams, 12 replacements.
