Purchased this chair for my mother who is in a care home. The family are very pleased and our mother is over the moon. Even the staff have been impressed with the style and comfort. It's been tested out by all the staff.Extremely comfortable offering support and just the correct height for easily sitting and getting up.Decided on a fireside chair rather than recliner and certainly glad with my decision.

Chair was well made, but small dimensions for recipient.Needs to be a wider version. Height was accurateMaterial looked to be hardwearing.Good value for money

Didn't keep this chair but was impressed with it all the same. I would advise all who want to buy to measure their leg length from the knee to the ground, as I found it was to high for me...which was a great shame as it was just what I needed, but I couldn't put my feet to the ground, so be aware of the height.Other wise it was attractive chair, well made and durable, was pleased with the look of it and the quality, but disappointed that it did not fit me, and had to return it.

It's not at all as luxurious as it looks in the pictures. We've only put one of two together so far (that's a task and half!) because I have a feeling they may be going back.The back is very low, so you can't put your head back to nap comfortably.The wings, where your head rests when you nap, are far too small and only come up to my shoulder anyway!The lumbar support isn't too bad.The only thing I'm happy with, is the height of the seat, which makes getting up much easier than my old chair.All in all, I'm really unhappy with having paid nearly £800 for two armchairs.I haven't broken down the box of this first chair yet, just in case!17.12.23 - Edited to add. We kept both chairs - purely because it was easier than sending them back - who holds on to huge packaging like that? - and we both hate them. As said above, the only good thing about them is the seat height. But you can feel the wooden frame on the arms, and on the front of the seat. My daughter has similar, but much lower seated Ikea chairs - far superior to these. Don't waste your money.

Brilliant very pleased

The chair is perfect 2nd one we have purchased.Delivery was not so pleasant 2 weeks late.We kept getting delivery windows then canx 1 time they said couldn’t deliver because no one there but they had never tried eventually it arrived very pleased now.
