Vesture 5" X 7" Microcore Hot and Cold Pack for Heating or Cooling - Durable and Stays Hot or Cold for Several Hours

I ordered this last school term for my son and it works well in his lunch bag keeping his lunch warm. I heat it up for 2 1/2 minutes. One time I left it in the microwave too long and it started to swell up as shown in the customer's review photo, but I quickly opened the microwave and it went right back down. It did not burst or leak. I really would love to purchase more if I can find them.

I prepare my son’s lunch at 6:30am. His lunch hour is at 12:12pm. This items works great! It really helps keep my son’s lunch warm for that many hours! I warm it up in the microwave for 3 minutes. I’ve already used it 26 times. Those who have used and it blew up…maybe it’s because their microwave is too powerful? I’m so glad I purchased several :)

No directions, and the website doesn't work. Not what I was expecting. Is it really that hard to print max heating time on the product instead of a qr code that doesn't work?

I tried it once hot and once cold and it did not retain the temperature for very long (less than 30 minutes) and the shape of it didn't really work for me, flatter would be better.
