I'm going to redo my entire review for the totallee clear slim iPhone 13 mini case for the sake of giving my indefinite and honest opinion now that I've gotten to get to know the brand, the product and the amazing people who work hard to ensure their customers are satisfied and have a wonderful experience with their products!I've purchased a few different cases from totallee and being someone who doesn't very much like to hide my iPhone in a bully case with all these unnecessary extras and just want a super thin case that'll not only keep my device protected from accidental drops and uh-ohs, whilst at the same time have a case that's not even noticeable, and allows the iPhone to shine in all of its glory, and I have been a bit more than impressed with every single purchase I have made and every single case for various models, but you understand that sometimes you will get a slightly defective or damaged item, and that's with pretty much every single thing that you buy. I normally don't like to see others dissing a product, let alone the business of the product for a simple faulty item that is not the fault of the business or anyone in it, it's called production, but I've been guilty of going off from a product I've purchased before, although it was entirely justifiable due to the very misleading nature of the company and how dang expensive the product was. I will voice my concerns and try to be as respectful as I can be if I believe that it's something that may cause harm to another customer or is just something the buyer has the right to know.Anyway, I had received my first order for the iPhone 13 mini case and directly upon opening the package I noticed the case was slightly yellowed already, which I've seen happen more times than I can count with as many brands as well. Before I could even voice my concern, I received a message from the totallee customer support asking if I had received the order and if there were anything they could do if so. It took me by surprise as they didn't just send an automated, copy and paste message but it was a very kind individual who showed great concern and patience while I stated that I did in fact have a small issue, I sent a picture to them and they said, "oh gosh, I definitely see the yellowing" and asked if I would like a refund, which I told them that since my phone was red, the yellow wouldn't be much of an issue and they took it upon themselves to go the extra mile and send me a replacement case before I had time to respond. I always like to tell professional, kind and thoughtful people like that how many people actually prefer a good customer service experience more than the product itself. In this modern day of evolving business models and constant bots that are not only very unhelpful and very frustrating, but it also shows that the customer doesn't matter enough to take a few minutes to send them a message, but the very amazing people at totallee check every box, and then some! My replacement arrived in a day and a half, which I was in complete shock over, considering how many times I've ordered a "same day/2-day shipping" on this platform and, ehhemm, it's hardly ever on time, and that's putting it very mildly. The quality of the packaging and the item itself were pristine and brand new, and they wanted nothing in return. They showed genuine compassion and concerns about my experience, and I have nothing but respect for the people who had helped me out with resolving my issue in record time at that! I have always wanted the ideal case that had the balance of protection where you need it most, and a product that is so lightweight, thin and transparent that you don't even realize that you're wearing a case after a while. I like how their designs don't change drastically and keep the same elegant, slim yet very durable design without any over branding or misleading claims. Their description of the items are direct, to the point and comes from the pride they take into making the best, and most durable things cases so that us minimalists are able to enjoy the uninterrupted aesthetic of our devices.Quality I give a solid 10/10Durability is a fantastic 10/10Longevity is another perfect 10/10Ease of use/fit 10/10Customer support and response time & kindness you can't put a number onAnd the value for the money I will give my honest rating of a 9/10(I do believe that there could be room for improvement in the pricing of the cases,) but to me, I don't always have the money to immediately purchase them like I'd like to, but like I have stated earlier, the experience and respect I received from this one very minor issue was resolved beyond anything I've ever seen, and the care and authenticity of the care and support is well worth everything. So I doubt I'd need to say whether I recommend this one or not. Just please don't blow a fuse "if" anything comes up when you get your item and treat the customer support with the respect they very well deserve. I love this phone case! I was using a bulkier, more protective case before purchasing this one, and it’s so nice to have a mini that feels “mini” again. Kinda pricey but it’s perfect and worth it in my opinion. It’s sleek, there’s no obnoxious branding, crystal clear, perfectly fit to my iPhone, and just enough protection for peace of mind should I drop it.Also, I had an issue with my order and the Totalee customer support is awesome; they were super quick to remedy the problem. Highly recommend this phone case and this company!

If you’re considering this phone case, odds are, you want a thin phone case. You’ve come to the right spot. While $20 may seem a bit pricy for this cheap bit of plastic, it is worth every penny. I’ve been using it for two months, and constantly find myself dropping my phone. It’s never cracked, but I do also use a screen protector. I highly recommend pairing this case with a screen protector, but if you’re looking for something minimal to protect your phone, and fit in your pocket without the added bulk of most phone cases, you have come to the right place.

When I first received this product I was very excited and very pleased. The case is thin and lightweight and a very cool green color.Unfortunately I wish it wasn’t a “hard case” as after my first drop from about a foot off the floor, the outer edge cracked… as you can imagine this is very disappointing after spending $40 on a case.Furthermore, for the price I feel like this case should protect your screen more. I wanted to love this case but I will not be buying another.

I'm not a "phone dropper". In fact, I've never broken the glass, dented an edge or even scratched my phone. But I like to keep some kind of case on the phone just to help me hold on to it when i'm using just one hand. I wanted something that is thin enough to slip into my front jeans pocket and came across this case. I noticed one of them was WAY cheaper than the others (not sure why) so I decided to give it a go and see if it was thinner than my current silicone case.It arrived in the mail yesterday and I easily put it on my phone. Just a few minutes later as I was leaving the room, I reached up to shut off the light switch with phone in hand. I accidentally bumped the wall, knocking the phone and new case out of my hand and into mid air. Reacting to try to snatch the phone from it's seemingly floating state I somehow managed to swat it down towards the tile floor with the same force as if I'd thrown it at the ground. I was certain it was broken.But it wasn't. It was perfectly fine. Not a mark, scratch, crack - nothing. Now, I know the iPhones are supposed to be tough so I can't say whether or not it was the case that kept it in tact. But I can say that with the case on there was no damage.It slips into my pocket easily but has just enough grip around the edges to help me hold it. It's thinner than most other cases. It was very low priced.I don't know that a $35 -$40 price point is right for this case, and I probably wouldn't have purchased it at that price. But I snagged it for under $10. So at that price, yeah - it's worth it.

Was a great low profile case for a while. Maybe I’m a really active person, but in 2 months the case is loose and the phone will basically fall out.

I’m not sure what the the video on this product is from but it can’t be this product. I received a very sturdy case similar to the otter box clear case and the edges are this smooth rubber it just feels absolutely perfect I couldn’t ask for anything better. The way the sides are and how thin it is it’s like it’s not in a case I am being honest I’ve had a lot of cases this is the best I’ve had. The video on this site is scary but for $10 I got an absolute steal of a case, I would pay $25-35 for this case easily it’s perfect
