Product would be better if it came with more than two universal clips - having two really limits the functionality and design potential. The pieces don't completely fit together but it is still stable enough for my cats to use. Otherwise I do like this product. It's easy enough to put together and take apart. My cats love the scratching board but don't often use the hammock.

Returned this product. The product itself was ok and the kittens seemed to like it just fine. They loved the hammock. We returned it because the vendor had a different picture and description. I had a screenshot of the original description and picture. When I questioned why I was missing pieces the vendor quickly changed the listing. I immediately returned it and received a refund. I'm sure the cat cubes are fine - they did seem a little flimsy and I doubt a grown cat wouldn't tear them. We were only able to set it up a couple of ways because we were missing pieces.

This is fun and easy to put together but there are not enough of the connections that are really needed. I found it easy to improvise though.If you are looking for something to easily pack up and reassemble, this isn’t it. Me, it’s a permanent playhouse for my cats on the back porch.It is easy to wash and clean which is a bonus.

I was excited to see this resold in the US because the original company only ships in the UK. Unfortunately the cubes are small for my tall/big cats, and no matter what I put inside they won't go in. It's also quite a workout to build, modify, or tear down.

It arrived with broken and missing pieces, I wasn’t pleased at all with it

Fun for my kitties (although maybe more fun for me). It came with mostly empty frames and not a lot of the blue walls. Would be nicer/more flexible with more blue walls.

One of the cats likes it but it was missing some of the parts.

My cats absolutely love it.
