I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these Rayleigh USB C headphones! The sound is crisp, clear, and has a nice deep bass, making them perfect for music, calls, and even gaming. The noise isolation works well, allowing me to focus without distractions.The built-in microphone is also a huge plus—calls are clear and smooth, with no complaints from the other side. The previous packs of these always had a better quality sound, so I can't rate it 5 stars any more.Who knows, maybe they will upgrade it if it hurts sales. Still they sound as good as the $6 ones in drug stores, and they do have mic for your phone calls, and nobody has complained about the mics being garbled.

Love these headphones. Very comfy, long enough cord that I can walk or rode my bike with them in. Great sound quality.

Product is good. A little muffled. HOWEVER when I tried to sign up for the warranty I received WARNING about the site. I scanned and the WARNING came up.I put in the website and a WARNING came up.

I have used these ear buds for a few years now, 4 days per week, while working. The package of 5 lasts me maybe a year or just less? I move around a lot in my job, as it is quite physical, so sometimes the cord gets caught or yanked on something, so I'd say they do actually hold up quite well considering the abuse they endure. (I prefer corded ear buds for health and cost reasons.) It's hard to say exactly how long they last because my daughter asks to have one of mine from time to time, and I always end up saying yes.I am very happy with the sound quality, except in one random package the sound wasn't as good in at least one ear bud for some reason. Otherwise, quite impressed compared to others I've used - even more expensive ones.The colors are nice and add a little dose of dopamine to the process of replacing a pair that has stopped working.The little button to pause quickly when a client wants to talk to me is wonderful, though sometimes a little finicky.Overall, they are great, especially for the price, and I'll keep buying them every several months or so!

Eeek! These did not hold up! I thought I'd get my kids some cheap earbuds to use during our long trip coming up. I decided to try one pair out just to see what it was like. I started using the first of the five pairs while I mowed my lawn, and not only was the quality of the sound scratchy and unclear from the get go, but they didn't even last an hour before they stopped working completely. I thought that maybe I had yanked on the cord too hard accidently, so I tried another pair. SAME THING HAPPENED. The second pair lasted less than two hours. The third pair made it 30 minutes. Very disappointing! I don't recommend.
