I love this salt. I have tried a lot, and this is my favorite. It is healthy and tastes good. I like that it has minerals that our body needs. In my opinion, We NEED salt in our diets. The body is like a battery; healthy salt is required. The white salt they sell us IS BAD FOR US, which is why we should not ingest a lot.

I love this product. Have been buying Redmond's for many years. They also sell a coarse salt which is nice for the grinder type of salt shakers. Nice taste and it bets regular white table salt in what it offers. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am a repeat buyer for years, no need to pick another product when I am satisfied with this one!

This sea salt has great quality and a nice natural flavor that really enhances my cooking and baking. My family and I love the taste compared to regular table salt.The only downside is that sometimes when using it in baked goods, I feel like I’m biting into tiny bits of sand. My family has noticed it too. I guess it’s just part of being a natural, unrefined product.Overall, a solid choice if you want authentic sea salt with a little extra texture.
