I've been taking this for over a month every night and it has been a lifesaver for me due to my job. It is sweet. I sleep amazingly every single night! I do have vivid dreams though which may or may not be a positive for some. It also has improved my recovery and I wake up refreshed every morning. I highly recommend this for anyone working a blue collar job.

Glycine can help some people fall asleep faster and get better sleep due to its mild calming effects. I do think it works for me, but I haven't been able to prove it yet. The taste is somewhat like L-Theanine but much sweeter and less umami, which is difficult to really explain. The texture is similar to beta-alanine, if anyone is familiar with that. This can be a useful ingredient in a sleep stack. 5 stars because the product is exactly as described. I will probably buy it again as I'm trying to rely on natural products to help me sleep.

Love this supplement - I put it in my coffee in the morning - no taste just a hint of sweetness. I also put it in a little water before I go to bed - I find it helps me sleep.
