Illy Classico Whole Bean Coffee is a delight for coffee lovers. The beans have a rich, balanced flavor with smooth, velvety notes of caramel and chocolate, paired with a subtle hint of floral undertones. The aroma is intoxicating, filling the kitchen with a warm, inviting scent every time I grind a fresh batch. It brews beautifully in my espresso machine, producing a consistent crema and a bold yet never bitter taste. The medium roast is perfect for my morning cappuccino or an afternoon pour-over, versatile enough for any brewing method.Illy's quality shines through in every sip, making it worth every penny for a premium coffee experience at home!

Simply the Best - A Consistently Perfect Cup
I've been buying Illy Classico beans for years, and they never disappoint. If you're looking for a smooth, balanced, and reliably delicious coffee, this is it.Freshness: The first thing you'll notice is the signature "whoosh" sound when you open the pressurized can. That's the sound of freshness! The aroma that hits you is incredible—rich and fragrant without being overpowering. The can does an amazing job of preserving the beans. The Beans: As you can see from the pictures, the beans are a beautiful, uniform medium roast. They aren't overly oily, which is great for my grinder, and you can tell they are high-quality 100% Arabica beans. The Taste: This is the quintessential Italian coffee experience. It has a lovely smoothness with subtle notes of caramel and a hint of chocolate. There is absolutely no bitterness, just a clean, satisfying finish. It's perfect for my morning espresso, but it also works wonderfully in a drip coffee maker or French press.Overall: While it might be a bit pricier than other brands, the quality is worth every penny. You're paying for consistency and a truly premium coffee experience. Highly recommended!

Very good coffee!
I love Illy coffee especially this one. It’s not bitter and works well in my espresso machine. Price is decent too.

Good coffee, Horrible Amazon shipping
I got hooked on Ethiopian coffee from a small company that only does small batches by hand..and they only did a limited run of their Ethiopian coffee .....so had to go searching to get my fixLanded on this from illy and it is I guess the next best thing, Not magical like the other but still very good. My first two orders arrived fine (think they came USPS). My next two orders were delivered by Amazon and horribly dented, I am not talking small dents...more like major side swipe giant dents with a couple small dents as well. One came in the plastic bag which had been placed in a box and the one today just in a plastic bag with no box, So obviously someone knew the first one was dented and threw it in a box...Both kind of in the same area too, I read some one else who said "its just a dent" but still the carnage on a pressurized food item is unsettling & off putting, On a premium item too.

Best I have found for Jura E6
This is all a matter of taste, but this is the best and most consistent coffee I have found for my Jura E6.Like any coffee, the flavor is enhanced with a new water filter and double-filtered water, as well as regular cleaning and descaling. If you are on a budget and do not want to pay this much try those things first. Regardless, do those things. It is probably also the priciest, but what will we not pay for great coffee?I would prefer a larger can if it would save money. It is a half-step above the LaVazza Creme, which has the advantage in coming in 1kg bags for a little less.I have had some subscription issues, but that is the fault (I suppose) of tariffs and not the coffee.10/10 will continue to buy regardless of price.

Love Illy
ILLY coffee beans are all we grind. Great taste. Cheaper buying them on subscription. Size is the same as in store. Love the smell of opening the coffee. Everyone's taste buds are different. We love Illy coffee.

Amazing taste and quality. Omega of my favorites
Makes some good flavored coffee. Very clean beans. Quality. Also i dont get jitters after drinking. Probably because its a light roast. I like the can. Mine as yet to come dented even tho ive order 2 or 3 different shipments. This might be my new goto for a while.

Good for making Turkish coffee.
I generally prefer a dark roast for my "regular" coffee, but a medium roast is usually recommended for Turkish coffee. I didn't much like the pre-ground Turkish coffees I'd found, and since I have a hand grinder that will do the ultra-fine grind you need for Turkish, I decided to try an 8 oz package of the Illy.It works very well for that purpose, and I probably will not buy the pre-ground Turkish coffees again; this tastes much better. It's a bit expensive per ounce, but since I'll only be using a couple of teaspoons at a time, the 8 oz pack should last for a while.I also tried making my regular morning coffee with this, grinding it a little less fine and using a Moka Pot, adding extra water afterward for an "Americano". It was fine that way too, better than other medium roasts I've had, but I think I'll stick with dark roasts for everything except Turkish coffee.
