No Customer Service
The topper is all right but the customer service is nonexistent. Try calling their help number: 800-913-2116, you will get a recording forever. I found the Memory Foam Queen website, same useless number. I clicked on Six Star Distributing, same number, same recording! The recording says to go to [email protected]. I Googled it but what comes up is a site so you can buy more stuff, duffle bags, cosmetics, name it. I found the answer to my question myself online, no help from Memory Foam Queen or Six Star Distributing. Based on my experience, even though topper gets a passing grade, I would not recommend it because your dealing with people with no business common sense. There are so many fish in the sea, find another.

Believe all the rave reviews!
Cheaper option than buying a new bed and it’s like you have a new bed. Used to wake up with back pain and couldn’t sleep all night and this is a game changer. Highly recommend if you want to sleep perfectly comfy. Don’t think I’ll need to ever spend a lot mattresses anymore.

It gives me a great nights sleep
I waited for a few days to write this review. All I can say is what a difference this topper makes. I use this in my RV on top of an air adjustable mattress. It gives me a great nights sleep. The company is unbelievable in their customer relations. I had no sooner ordered the topper than I get an email thanking me for the order and giving me specifics about how to unpack and tips on how to use it. Great company. Love this topper.

Not the best
I was quick to buy based off of all the positive reviews and my experience has been anything but positive. Lesson learned, read the 1 star and 2 star reviews from people who has owned the product longer before you buy.

I LOVE THIS TOPPER
I LOVE THIS TOPPER!! There are not enough words to express how great this product is and the way it has changed my sleep. I have terrible back pain and although this topper has not solved that (not sure any foam product could) I am now sleeping through the night and waking up so rested. I simply love getting into bed now. Bonus...this company is a dream to work with. If you are looking for this type of thing... honestly... look not further.

Almost NO odor!
I only needed two inches to cover a new mattress, so this topper was perfect. It was easy to manage and unwrap, and from the moment the wrapping was off, the topper began to fill itself out. I have used many of these types of toppers in the past, but this one was the best: easy to unfold, and no smell. It was ready for my use in just a few hours. The density was perfect. I purchased it to soften up a very firm mattress, and now I have the best of both worlds!

Amazing
I adore this topper! It's so comfortable and soft! We've put it on the guest sofa bed, and sometimes I give up my California king bed just to sleep on that topper

Great investment, my fiance has back problems and we thought we would start with this. He sleeps great and wakes up with much less pain. It has a great feel and we definitely love it.
