We love our heater! Works so well! Company needs to light up the power button though.

This is a wonderful heater. I have been very pleased with the continuous warmth it has provided. I did start to have a small problem with it after a few weeks. A tiny bit of oil was leaking out. I contacted customer service and Carol responded to me immediately. I provided my information and much to my surprise a new heater is already on the way to me. Totally hassle free. Carol has been in contact with me several times in this process. Let’s face it, things go wrong. It’s how the problem is solved that makes the difference. Be sure to register your product for the warranty! That’s an easy process also.

I love that this has a remote to use with it. It warms a room up very nicely and easy to raise or lower the temp as you see it to meet your needs. You will be very pleased if you get one too!

I love this heater. Super light weight and easy to maneuver wherever I need it. Easy to use. Came already put together. Exactly as advertised. Really heats my rooms very well. Love the Eco mode. Perfect size to work as directed and store in small spaces when not in use. Like the sleek thin compact design and display which is easy to understand. There is only 1 flaw that I can find....CORD CONTROL. There seriously needs to be some kind of heat resistant hook or heat resistant cord pocket or something so that you can wrap up the cord when not in use...you know like the hooks on a vacuum cleaner or a cord pocket like they put on those battery operated portable tire inflators . This addition would elevate the product to five stars for me. Right now, I'm wrapping the cord around the heater just above the wheels when not in use and need to store it. I will be going to my local store to see if I can find a solution to this problem by using those stick-on Command hooks and placing them in a spot that doesn't heat...which will probably be on the feet of the wheels like I'm already doing but allow me to keep the cord secure and in place better when storing. I find this flaw of not having a suitable way to deal with the cord pretty irritating and really feel like this is a big oversight. Feels like you all just "FORGOT" about this. I can help. So there is a "handle" in the heater to allow you to maneuver it with ease. This pocket handle can double as a place to store your cord. Might need a little tweeking in design so that when pulling it out of your storage space you have enough space to fit your hand in the pocket while the cord is in there as well or how about one on top for maneuverability and one at the bottom for the cord. Seriously I am sure you can find a way that would allow for this convenience without compromising the the quality and function of the heater and keep from damaging the cord and plug.

A while back I bought a bunch of these heaters to use during cold winter months. I’ve now been using them for several years so I think this is a good time to leave an informed review about them.Some of the units have developed problems over time. Which means the manufacturers quality and standards are questionable.One unit died quickly and would not turn on any longer.Almost all of the units make high pitched squeezing sounds after they’ve been on for a while. Each time the unit turns itself on and the heating elements heat the oil, there is a high pitched whistling sound. This is extremely annoying, especially when it wakes you up while you’re trying to sleep.One of the units developed a bad mold problem right after setup and running. After deep cleaning the unit the problem never came back. Apparently this unit was moldy from the manufacturer, another quality problem that should not happen.There should be a function to turn off the display, so it’s not lighting up a dark room when in use. I have had to tape covers over the screens to fix this myself.I wish I had purchased different model heaters from another brand. Due to all of the problems I’ve experienced with these over the years I cannot recommend them. These are low quality products.UPDATE: One unit has also developed a leak, leaving a puddle of probably toxic oil on the floor. See photos. Not pet safe.

We just purchased an older home with a two-car, finished (but not heated or cooled) garage that we use for storage, exercise, workshop and laundry. Temps dropped considerably already this year, which made doing laundry rather uncomfortable, let alone anything else. My hubby purchased this in hopes that it would make a difference for me, and it totally has! I'm impressed with how well it keeps the garage a comfortable temperature, even in below zero conditions. For example, outside temperatures dropped into the teens/twenties, but the garage actually stayed in the sixties. I can handle that. I'm also impressed with the safety of the unit, it seems much safer and more practical than a typical space heater. We've left it plugged in and going since we bought it, with no issues. I love how the garage actually feels warmer, without the need to stand in front of something blowing heat at you. Please note - it took at least a day or longer, for the temperature change in the garage to be noticeable - in fact, my hubby was unconvinced that it was really doing anything at first. But we decided to give it some time and are we glad we did! Honestly, this is a reasonably priced solution to needing to utilize your garage space in winter. We have it sitting near the center of the garage, but even the area in front of the garage door stays around 63 degrees (the unit is set at 70, I believe). We are very pleased with this heater and definitely recommend it. If that changes, we'll try to update. Stay warm! :)
