I couldn’t be happier with this product. I am a beginner when it comes to exercising and I wanted to find something that wasn't too difficult to use and to get started with. The bar is very easy to use and it comes with a booklet that shows range of different exercise techniques that helps you target specific muscles. It also comes with a workout training programme and a foam mat that helps aid you during specific exercise techniques. When I first bought the Super Push Down Bar I got to 40kg one, but when it arrived I found that it was just a bit too much for my current level of fitness. I emailed the seller to ask if I could exchange it for the 30kg variant instead. I was amazed with just how fast I got a response and ontop of that they offered me the 30kg bar for free and they said I could keep the original 40kg bar I purchased so I could use that in the future. If you're on the fence about buying this item i'd suggest just going for it as it is easily worth the price.

Why did you choose this product over others?: it a muilti purpose piece of equipment. I been looking for a piece of exercise equipment that fits my needs it's a straight forward push down bar ready to use out of the box. you get all of the instructions in detail and nicely laid out on how to use it.you can work on the muscle groups you want to target on shoulders arms chest back it's a all in one piece of kit.and it's so easy to use.l purchase the 40kg push down bar.but it was a bit strong for me I just needed too drop down to a lower strength size.the 30kg would be ideal for me so l can do all the muscle groups. I sent a email saying l needed to drop down to the 30kg size one.and l got a nice email back saying a free 30kg would be sent out to me for free and to keep the 40kg one.l Will use the 40kg one when I get stronger to use it.the 30kg push down bar arrived in 3 days later l tried it out and it's perfect l am so happy with it.

This is not going to replace a gym membership anytime soon but if you can’t afford the subscription and/or you need something portable and useful for indoor workouts then this is pretty good. You’ll still need something else to work your lower body but this has good versatility to give your whole upper body (shoulders, back, arms, abs) a decent workout. Dropping it a star because the instructions only show fairly limited and truncated pictures with no supplementary written advice on using the correct form in each, something which any personal trainer will tell you is crucial to both improve efficacy and reduce risk of injury. Also it has fixed resistance rather than variable. I chose 50kg as I’m above average strength (male) and while I found it fine for some exercises it was quite hard for others. Would really like one that could be adjusted between 30-50kg as not all muscle groups are equally strong and even someone with average strength (male) using the 30kg version would presumably eventually get stronger and want to up the resistance without having to buy another one just for that. This of course could equally apply to the women’s strength range too. Also some of the screws stick out slightly and can cause a minor scratch if you’re not careful.

I was initially sceptical about how good this would be and the high cost of it. I folded and got the 40KG one. It arrived and works great, but for repetition workouts, the 30KG is definitely needed. I'm fairly strong, but you can only get so many done with the 40KG!! You get a card with the order saying to email them (details on the card) if you are having resistance issues (too much/too little), then I got a response almost straight away, and they sent me the 30KG one THE SAME DAY!! Honestly, this is well worth the money to replace a bigger workout device, as that's what I did, and it actually works great! :D

I have tried a number of different exercise machines during the years, this is one of the better ones. Great instructions and versatile, I bought for one reason to assist in chest exercise without realising the many different muscle groups you can use. Also, great for travel (another benefit) fits in the suitcase so I can use in the hotel rather than using a gym with unfamiliar equipment. Well made product, not like some of the cheaper items..Will last my longer.

This is a really good quality piece of equipment. It's really easy to use and I feel like I get a good workout from it. I ordered the 10kg version but the the level of resistance it offered was too low for me. I contacted the seller to ask if I could exchange it for the 20kg version and they very generously offered to send it to me for free and allowed me to keep the 10kg one too. Brilliant customer service and an excellent product. Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple to use but effective workout tool.

I’m really impressed with the Go Fitness Push Down Bar. The build quality is solid and it feels very durable. I usually train at home with dumbbells, and this bar has been a great addition to my setup. It lets me target muscles in a different way compared to my usual dumbbell routine, which keeps workouts more effective and interesting. There are plenty of varied exercises you can do with it, making it really versatile. Overall, I’m very pleased with it, highly recommended!

Die Push Down Bar von GoFitness macht einen soliden und haltbaren Eindruck. Man rutscht an den Haltegriffen nicht weg (auch nicht mit schwitzigen Händen) und es macht Spass damit zu trainieren. Der Kundenservice löst schnell und freundlich jedes Problem. Kurz: ein rundum zufriedenstellendes Kauferlebnis.

Aunque desafortunadamente tuve que devolverlo (problemas de salud que ignoraba me obligaban a ello), creo que se trata de un excelente producto. Por otro lado, la atención comercial del vendedor es inmejorable, y se han hecho cargo de mi situación con la máxima comprensión y amabilidad. Es una lástima que no haya podido utilizarlo, pero pese a ello se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que no tenga mis inconvenientes físicos. Un producto muy bien realizado y estudiado.

I bought all three resistance units. I hoped to use them primarily to work compression movements for my rotator cuffs. Something I could use in my apartment. So far, they have worked wonderfully, and I am very pleased. They appear to be well constructed. I look forward to exploring other exercises with them.

Très bon produit. Il n'est pas évident de choisir le bon modèle mais le service client est là pour vous apporter les bons conseils. Côté utilisation c'est excellent. Il y a même un guide (en français) pour les exercices à travailler. A conseiller.
