It arrived on time and it was what I needed.

I am replacing my early 80s Set# 8700 motor, which has seen better days. My decision came down to the PF-M vs PF-L motors. Ultimately, it is for my 5 year old (and me, lol), so I am starting with the M. I love it and my son loves it. It is very mighty for its size and it's perfect for beginning level applications - it's almost too much power for simple creations, but over time, its full potential can be used. I also like that the M motor has a bottom plate that can be used to connect to bricks (in addition to holes for studless construction.

I use this to power my Lego Ferris wheel. I'm ordering a second to power my new Lego Roller Coaster! Well worth the investment and WAY better than turning by hand crank.

The motor isn't powerful enough to consistenly spin the rotors on the SHIELD Helicarrier.

I have looked for this motor for awhile because I wanted to motorize my LEGO Roller Coaster set and this does the job and works great.

Bought this for the LEGO Ferris wheel, and as others have mentioned , it runs a bit too fast ....... but so what ...... it turns the wheel and that is really what we are after ...... buy it ......
