I couldn't be happier with this purchase!!!! This is my fourth bottle now and I have seen a drastic change into so many things. I have fixed a lot of my habits and taking this multivitamin was a perfect thing to add to my routine. My focus has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY better!! I used to take those really unhealthy pre-workouts (FULL OF SUGAR!) before gymming or running but these supplements have replaced my pre-workouts. I feel so much natural energy and I workout way better. There are just so many benefits to the supplement. I don't drink coffee so they have also been perfect to boost up my energy in the morning. I will continue buying these multivitamins :)

Great product for older adults. It has everything I was looking for in a multi, and it's vegan!

It is hard to find supplements that do not contain magnesium stearate, trisodium phosphate or microcrystalline cellulose, all of which are junk for your body. This multivitamin does not contain these things. I also like that it has three other supplements that I was taking for nerve pain in my hands and arms- hyaluronic acid, alpha lipoic acid and a B complex, and Berberine and Quercetin, so now I take 5 pills less each day. The black pepper is nice, as turmeric works best with black pepper. The resveratrol and astaxanthin are nice extras- I take those intermittently. So factoring in the decrease in other supplements that I am buying because they are included in this one, the price is stellar!

This is one of the first multi vitamins where I actually feel like they are making a difference. Other multi vitamins I would take just because I know it’s something you’re supposed to do without knowing whether they were doing anything for me or not. With myPeak within the first month I started to notice I had more energy. The fact that I even noticed a difference has been great for me and I’ve now been taking them for almost a year and still love how I feel!

I have been struggling with peri-menopause exhaustion and brain fog and was finding it hard to do my job. Out of all the multivitamins I’ve tried, this is the best for me. I find 2 caps is more than enough and easier on the stomach. But the quality ingredients make a significant difference, I feel. Pricey, but better than taking crap supplements that don’t work.

Personally, I think this brain medicine handles well, but I wish the capsules were smaller.

I’m highly sensitive to caffeine, but sometimes I like a little boost of energy in my workouts. Wellness is the perfect option in this case.Not only do I find it gives me stable energy without jitters, anxiety or a crash, but it also really boosts brain function. This is a perfect one-two combination that really optimizes my performance.

Be cautious. Both my husband and I felt sick after taking these “supplements”Took the dosage noted on the bottle. Felt bad for several days. They smell really bad but assumed that was normal.I dont recommend this product for a general multi vitamin replacement.And, of course it is not returnable
