We love these Stelle tights! The material is super soft and comfortable, perfect for little dancers or for lounging around the house. I bought these for a 9-year-old’s first year of ballet. These put up with a lot! Sharp fingernails, untrimmed toenails, crawling and sliding on a rough dance floor. I machine-washed them every week, on warm (in a lingerie bag, at least — I’m not a complete monster!) i even machine dried them every week! I will warn that they do absorb color, so if you’re brilliant like me and wash them with a brand new black cotton leotard, they’ll come out greyish instead of a pale pink. Oops.Our first pair was done in by my dancer walking past rosebushes in the parking lot too many times and snagging them. Even at that, she wore the snagged pair for a few months before I replaced them — the little hole in the thigh didn’t run!So, I love these! They’re durable, fit well, comfortable, and they wash well (each week the little black footprints washed right out!) Also, the transition feature made it so that she could just roll them up and slip on her Crocs. More comfortable, and I think saved wear and tear on the toe of the tights.I finally replaced them before her recital pictures so she’d have a pair that wasn’t grey or holey. They stood the test of time and they are a very reasonable price!

These are the best tights. They don’t snag and always look nice. I have purchased these for several years and will purchase again. My girls wear them for dance and under dresses to school. They are a bit on the thicker size but they hold up so so well.

First time trying this brand and I love it, it fits my daughter perfectly and I really love that the material is very soft and its true to size.

We liked the tights. Especially the fact that you can pull it over your feet. I will say they tore pretty quickly and we had to order another pair. So be careful with them

Purchased 6-8 yr nude for 5 year old daughter who is very tall for her age at almost 4 feet and we wanted room to grow and not too tight.She didn't like them at first because of the hole, but then came her long recital day, which included the use of nude pantyhose for her costume... OMG, these were a lifesaver!!!!Most of the girls took off their dance shoes to run around/ play in between their dance. By the time they were ready to perform, the majority of little ones had very dirty tights, especially around the feet. Myself and parent helpers were trying to wipe them clean before going out on stage especially where the dirt showed. Or trying to twist tights around so the black feet were hidden in dance shoes. Don't even let me start on how bad the pink tight performers tights looked. The majority of kiddos were so dirty by second performance bc we were required to stay all day for a noon and 5 pm show.Since my daughter had this amazing footless option and was able to shimmy them high like capris, her tights looked flawless and had no tears! Some of the kiddos even kept saying how they wished theirs was footless or had a hole too.I wish I could show you the images of the other kiddos with dirty tights, gray/black feet and all, but dance moms ... I know you can imagine how the 5 yo and under kiddos tights looked. A few parents end of day had to throw theirs away due to how black the tights got, and another because their brand new tights for the show had 3 tears by end of day. A few even complained about how they were worried if they could clean their kiddos tights.I passed out the name and link to these Stelle tights 6 or more times because it was obvious that my daughter's lasted all day and looked new.They are not to thick and have been going strong almost two months now outlasted another pair from Target by Cat & Jack that only lasted 5 weeks.There are a few reviews here for the pink pair with tears and rips. I almost didn't buy for that reason, but I am curious if the nude is a better material or if they didn't purchase the right size because I was very pleased with this purchase and will buy more colors to try out.Hope this helps!
