Phanteks PH-LEDKT_Combo: RGB LED Strip Combo Set - Retail Cases

If you want something easy to install with a variety of RGB schemes, but still looks clean in the tower, this is the best product on the market. Lots of color options and mounting options. It always works, even months later. The only time the light doesn't come on is after multiple sleep/wake cycles and it is usually software related in terms of an update or typical Windows glitches. Works 100% on restarts or regular PC turn on. For the money, very sharp and clean lighting without going overboard.

Holy crap bright! I love that you can daisy chain these strips, plugging one end into the other.I built my wife a custom gaming PC and she is all about RGB LED's and these are awesome. My one complaint is that the white is a touch on the cool side, but i can't even bring myself to deduct a star for that. Bear in mind however, that there is no standard for RGB interfaces as of yet. On the MSI motherboard that my wife uses, the red and blue connections that go onto the RGB motherboard header are backwards from what they are on the cables.You can work around this by doing a bit of thinking while playing around with the colors in mystic light but if it bothers you too much, you can rearrange the wires at the clip if you have a decent pick and some time to kill. It works flawlessly with my ASUS motherboard.The light strip is encased in a high quality silicone and while the magnets aren't exactly the strongest, they are held in place rather well. If all else fails, some double stick tape will take care of any issues with that. Fantastic quality product from Phanteks.

Pros: Excellent Color uniformity, brightness and vibrancy, it really does light up the interior of the enthoo luxe beautifully, and matches the exterior lighting perfectly. It's a pretty good price as well for an led strip, and it's well integrated into the enthoo luxe, with a very seamless install process. Cons: the included 3M adhesive is rubbish, as in, complete rubbish. I'm docking a star for this factor alone, as it peels very easily. It's an easy fix with your own double sided tape, but it was quite annoying, and stood out like a sore thumb compared to how excellent everything else was. Neutral: in my case, the 2 metre cable was simply too long. I could have run the led strip up near the front fan, but I would have lost some of the lighting in the main chamber. I'm pretty sure you can trim the lights, but I managed to make it work. Not a deal breaker by any stretch, but YMMV depending on how you want to mount the led strip. Not fully RGB, but really, neither is the enthoo luxe, so that's aimed more at the luxe than the led strip. Overall it ended up looking quite clean, with the strip only being visible as it disappears behind the motherboard tray near the top radiator mounts. If I actually populated that with a 240mm or 280mm radiator, then it would probably be hidden. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out and it's basically made led lit interiors a requirement for me in the future. I've included a few images of the system with the LEDs installed, in 3 of the colours, and one without the led strip installed.

Great 1m RGB LED light strip. Works well with MSI mystic, asus aura or if you have a phanteks case like the Enthoo Evolv you can just plug in the provided 12v cable and control the lighting from the front of the case. I personally have tried is with MSI Mystic but prefer the simplicity of using the default phanteks case button. The strip gives you the option of utilizing an adhesive strip (provided) or the magnets that come embedded inside the strip. I love the magnetic aspect since I feel adhesives over time and at some stage you will have an dangling led strip in your case which is not the best look. Overall this is a great led strip. The price ranges from $15-$22 and if you are fortunate to grab it at the low end of the cost spectrum than it is an amazing buy. Even at $22 its still great. The build quality seems to be pretty high but the only thing I have read in other reviews is aggressive bending or twisting can actually snap the rubber of it. I did not experience this myself however I can see how this could happen since the rubber surrounding the led is very thick and has a hard time fitting into certain crevices. Below are just some photos of two colors. I believe in total there are 10 different colors to switch to.

Love these LED strips from Phanteks, especially paired with my Enthoo Luxe case. The case has an LED controller built into the front IO panel to adjust the LED lighting as it comes equipped with LED ambient lighting on the exterior. What's even better is there is an internal connector for these Phanteks LED strips so it allows me to control both the built in LEDs along with the additional strip on the interior with one button. The strips have connectors on each side, so if I wanted I could string together additional strips, although it's not really needed with the 2M strip. Unlike some cheaper strips these come equipped with magnets vs double sided tape which makes mounting and moving these cables extremely easy. This was my first time implementing LEDs into a build (my last build was 4 or so years ago) and I would highly recommend these strips considering how easy they are to install and connect. It's even better if you have a Phanteks case with an LED controller, but even without I would still recommend these as they are great quality and very easy to install.

They are nice and bright compared to the ones I had purchased before. The colours look very nice and the white doesn't look like crap. They were relatively easy to install. They had lots of cable length to fit my case and room to add more strips. They synced up to MSI Mystic light and have had no issues there. The silicon also feels very premium. Things that weren't great: This was my second order of the strips. First order didn't have needed accessories the reason for this was completely the carriers fault as the box had a hole when it arrived. Magnets aren't strong and the double sided tape that comes with it is impossible to separate and when you do it doesn't even stick to the silicon!

J'ai reçu la bande avec des autocollants et des aimants. Les aimants sont pas terribles mais avec qques bandes autocollantes ca tiens facilement. Facile a installer, juste brancher un des 2 côté de la bande led a la tour, coller/aimanter et c'est fini. Ca m'a pris 5min chrono.

...das ist auch das einzige was man als positiv benennen kann. Der Klebestreifen (eine Art doppelseitiges Tesa, kenne dort deutlich besseres von anderen LED Bändern) ist seines Namens nicht würdig. Ich habe ihn schließlich an der Oberseite meines Luxe Gehäuses mittels Kabelbindern in Position halten können. Die Länge von 2 Metern reicht aus, um einmal am äußeren Rahmen entlang zu gehen. Das LED Band ist dadurch nicht zu sehen und leuchtet alles Wunderbar aus. Was man nicht auf den Produktbildern erkennen kann: Am Ende des Streifens befindet sich ein weiterer Anschluss um ein weiterers LED Band anschließen zu können.

Ich habe die LED Stripes in meinem Corsair 350D verbaut. Die Magnete halten einwandfrei. Die Installation an meinem Asus ROG Strix Z270G war kinderleicht. Man muss den Anschluss am Mainboard jedoch in richtiger Richtung ausführen, dies ist sehr wichtig, da ansonsten Defekte an den Bauteilen entstehen können. 12V unbedingt an 12V Pin anschließen. Der Lichteffekt ist wirklich hervorragend. Die LEDs sind hell und lassen den PC wirklich toll aussehen. Asus Aura spielt hervorragend mit. Ich kann das Produkt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
