I cannot seem to remove top for filling water

It is a little tight at first but after you have removed it once you should be able to remove by hand there after.

Can I buy extra track for this train set?

Sorry I don’t know, that’s all I know is it was a good buy for our grandson, very pleased with it, it does what it says on the tin.

How long do I charge the battery for?

It worked for me after 2 hours.

You can add some pure water down to the top of water container.When the train is running,it will produce the whistle sounds and realistic steam.the steam is obvious, maybe it can be used as facial humidifier lol
