Very easy to use and very effective!Simplified directions for an effective cleaning:1. Go into your printer menu and have it start a print nozzle cleaning. Be ready to disconnect the power immediately after it starts.2. Unplug the power once the nozzle cleaning begins. This is important, it stops the printer head from moving and keeps it in an unlocked position.3. While the printer head is unlocked and the power is turned off, remove your secondary printer cartridges (if equipped) from the movable printhead. Mark each one to help remember the order they go in!4. With the secondary cartridges removed, you should see 4 little nipples/ports corresponding to each color cartridge.5. Grab a few paper towels and fold each one 3 times, lengthwise. Place 1 folded paper towel into the tray beneath the printhead assembly to help absorb the mess that is about to come out from it.5. Use the cleaning kit with the hose/tube FIRMLY attached to the syringe and fill the syringe with the cleaning solution.6. FIRMLY attach the other end of the hose/tube from the syringe to the nipple/port on your printer and begin applying pressure to the syringe plunger to eject the cleaning solution into the port. Once the syringe is empty, carefully disconnect the hose/tube from the print nipple/port and dab it clean on a paper towel. Now you can refill the syringe and repeat the procedure on the same port to ensure it is cleaned.7. After the second flushing, slide the printhead over to remove the paper towel beneath it. (It is going to be a soggy mess.) Take your second paper towel to replace the one you just extracted.8. Repeat steps 5 and 6 (and 7 if necessary).9. Once you have cleaned all of the ports, dab up any spillage from the bottom of the printhead before you reinstall the secondary cartridges and remove the paper towel from beneath the print head.10. Reinstall the secondary printheads making sure they go back in the correct order or your prints will come out discolored and odd looking.11. Run 2 or 3 print head tests on fresh paper to verify the printer is working correctly. It may take 2 (in my case 3) times for this test to complete properly with freshly cleaned ports because it needs to flush out the residual cleaning solution from the ports.12. Enjoy your Like New printer!

I got this to clean out an hp desk jet that wouldn’t print color. I injected this solution after warming and it barely came out so I let it sit for a half hour. The next blast blew out all kinds of clotted ink which came out black from all of the colors. I repeated that that every 20 minutes two more times also cleaning the black that didn’t need it. After a few head cleanings the print quality and color was amazing and I only used half a bottle! Even though the black was flowing the sharpness slightly improved. Most printers could use this occasionally for people that don't print often enough especially color. Also helps with cheaper aftermarket ink.

The media could not be loaded. Great price for this product. It came with a syringe, several tips for application, a small hose, and the solution. The size of the solution is good. Used to clean my ink jet printer. Worked well. Easy to use. Instructions were simple to use as well.

This kit cleared two colors on my Epson Sure Color P600 printer and the process couldn't have been easier. It doesn't come with a blotting pad or at least the kit I got did not have one. I improvised by using a paper towel. It worked great.Highly recommended.

I have to admit, I was skeptical making this purchase but I am beyond happy with the results. I would like to tell you which printer I used this on but I'm afraid Amazon will not post this review if I do. So here's what I was up against. My inkjet printer was completely clogged for yellow and cyan. The magenta was 50/50 and the black was okay. I put two 5ml syringes through the black and the second came through clear. I did the same for the magenta. For the yellow and cyan, I had to use three 5ml syringes and the third came through clear. I then used the "Power Cleaning" function under "Maintenance" section of the printer (this uses a boatload of ink to flush the system). Then I used the "Nozzle Check" function and everything worked perfectly. I purchased a second cleaning kit to have on standby but I don't think I will need it any time soon. My three year old printer is now printing like a brand new printer.

The kit does as advertised. After repeated flushing attempts (8 times) it did finally loosen the clogged ink in the printer head. I used the entire bottle of fluid.The attachment heads/covers that fit onto the printer head ink holes are not very efficient, but they work, more or less.Note: The process of flushing a printer head is long and tedious, and requires repeated flushing, blotting, and a LOT of paper towels!You will consume HUGE amounts of ink to run test prints, alignment prints, and troubleshooting prints.
