Good, strong magnet
Great product. Large size for longer keys. Lid was a little hard to open, but your key certainly won't accidentally fall out. We are very satisfied.

Adequate and good value for the money
These are a good value for the money. Please keep in mind that these are not “hide a keys.“ The plastic is thinner, they are smaller and the magnets don’t hold quite as strongly. They do a seem adequate though. It’s good to have three of them. I’ll have more keys available than I would if I bought just one “hide a key” for about the same price, which is a safe thing.

Magnet detached from case and strength deteriorates in Arizona heat
After a few years when I went to check on it, the magnet detached from case and the magnet no longer retained its strength. I suppose that's to be expected from extensive time in 100+ degree heat. It was attached to a stationary place and so it was only a matter of replacing it with the 2nd hide-a-key included in the purchase. That is, after finding where I stored it years ago. While it suits my need I'd avoid using this if the plan is to attach it to anything mobile.

Very sturdy
Key holders seem to be sturdy and the magnets seem strong. I’ve read reviews that some didn’t like that the top is difficult to slide, but I think that’s a good thing so the top doesn’t work loose and lose your key! Recommend!

Worthless for keys with transponders - wish I had listened
Only good for standard keys, not for ones with transponders. I thought it would work because it was long enough but part of the length on the inside is used for the magnet. If you have a car key with a large remote on the end or even one with a pop-out key, it is most likely this will not work for you. It is too thin and the sliding door will not close. I used one for a dummy key that only opens the car door. Didn’t have any trouble sliding the doors open. The magnets are strong, you just have to find a real steel piece to stick it to. Once you place it, try pulling it off and keep in mind, these can slide off as your car travels on bumpy roads. Try to find a flat piece of steel on the cars under carriage.

Good and Secure
Put an extra door key on all my cars and have used 2 of them already. My off road rig used on muddy and wet and rocky roads caused the holder to move a little, but I changed the position and it stays put. It was great when I locked my keys in the rig 24 miles from town in the cascades and had to crawl under the rig and get back inside with the spare in the magnetic box.
