The product was smaller than I expected once I purchased it but was well worth the cost. I mixed this product with my favorite conditioner to apply a protein treatment on myself and it worked amazingly! My natural curls were less frizzy, bouncier and shinier. I will definitely be buying this product again!

I have bleached and colored natural, kinky hair. This is the first time I've ever colored my hair and I made sure to do my research on colored hair care, which includes protein treatments. Well, months had gone by and I still hadn't done a protein treatment. Madness, right? Eventually, the dyed parts (especially the ends) started to feel rough and dry.The ends were also knotting like crazy! I remembered a YouTube video I watched about hydrolyzed wheat protein. I ordered that and a pair of hair shears (prepared to do some clipping, which I had also been neglecting). I heard that you should expect to see results after the first use, but I was blown away! First, I cleansed my hair with shampoo. I didn't measure how much of the treatment I used but I mixed it in with my regular, wash out conditioner. After coating my hair in it, I covered my hair with a plastic cap then sat with my conditioning heat cap on my head for about 15 minutes. My hair in general, not only the dyed area, feels softer and the colored ends feel smooth and manageable again. Also, waaaaay less knotting. After washing my hair, I put it in twists to dry. 2 days later I pulled out the twists to get a lovely, voluminous twist-out. Unfortunately, I didn't get the shears but Amazon promptly refunded me and I plan to reorder them shortly. I'm ashamed to say its been months since my ends have been clipped (which just compounded the problem) and I plan to use my protein treatment around once a month and trim when needed.

Just awesome. You will have zero hair loss with this product but... your hair will get hooked on it like a drug and upon discontinuing, Hair sheds like crazy. So as long as you commit to using it “all the time” (every hair wash), you will enjoy breakage free hair. You won’t need to buy expensive masks (like Schwarzkopf Keratin treatment which is a miracle for Hair breakage). Highly recommended

I combined this with hydrolyzed keratin and hydrolyzed silk protein in hair conditioner. My theory is that keratin is what hair is mostly made of, wheat helps it retain moisture, and silk seals it. My hair came out very soft. It felt slightly brittle, but regular conditioner fixed that. I have experienced very little breakage after using this (my hair is EXTREMELY fragile!). I will see how long I can grow my hair using these products (currently it is 8 inches long).

This was my first time trying this protein from this company. It mixed very well and my hair does have shine, body, and feels soft. I will come back after 2 weeks and give another review. But for now, this is really good and my hair loves it.

After trying this product for a month I have seen no good results on my hair it is still breaking. Will not buy again

This product works great on 4C hair! I mixed some into my conditioner and my hair had less breakage. And whenever I need some extra strength, I spray a mix of the protein and water onto my hair. But MAKE SURE TO REFRIGERATE THE PRODUCT because once I left it out for a few days it got really stinky. I had to throw it away to buy a new one.

I didn't want to waste my money on the typical chemical-laden protein treatment you would buy from the beauty supply shop or retail store so I gave this a try. After washing and conditioning my hair i noticed my hair looked stronger. I blow dried and flat ironed my hair, and it looked great. I will definitely purchase this product again.
