Q: What does "dilute with a carrier oil" mean?

Blend rosemary oil with a carrier oil. The ratio for topical application of essential oils is 3% and under. In other words, for every 3 drops of essential oil, 97 drops of carrier oil. Or, 6-9 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of carrier oil.

Q: How much of this should I use on my hair?
