I was skeptical, considering the price point...
I was skeptical, considering the price point I bought this at, it's been about a year since I bought it and it works wonderfully! Good quality, cools and heats well. Functions perfectly for what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

Loud and broke after a year
Not saying don't buy it. If you plan on just one year stay it's a good price point but the thing is loud and the top broke and it started leaking all around.I took it to EROS customer service and they went ahead with fixing the plastic top and making me pay 100 AED even without asking me if I approve the repair.Can't wait to get rid of it. If you plan on buying a water dispenser get a good one. The last one I had worked efficiently for years unlike this one.

Poor quality and terrible customer support
I bought this water dispenser from Amazon just 1 year and 4 months ago, and now the hot water output pipe is leaking badly. A product like this should last much longer. What’s even worse is the customer care experience — instead of offering a solution, they told me I need to pay to fix their mistake. It’s extremely frustrating to spend good money on a product only to be blamed when it fails shortly after the warranty. I would not recommend this dispenser or this brand to anyone.
