It really works. My nephew takes one a day, and so do I. He tells me it keeps him regular. For me, however, it cleans me out like a white tornado. It REALLY works.

Love it! Works wonders! Gets the job done however beware make sure you drink a lot because the burps that you might get when you take these are horrendous! The stomach cramps are pretty intense too, but good product

I bought these because they were the closest in comparison to another brand I use often but at a wayyyyy more expensive price. They are literally the exact same!!! If you can get past the really hard cramps right before your bowel movements then I definitely recommend! I’d put the cramps up there next to labor pains, not gonna lie, lol. But all in all it’s help perfectly during my weightloss/cleaning eating journey by getting rid of the toxins.

They really didn't help me much. My friend swears by them but she has a different brand name. I don't really know if that makes a difference or not.
