Used this for an Instep light n fast branded kid carrier on a trek bike. Mounted up perfectly even with the quick release axle. I did have to redrill my carrier 90* off due to my own lack of comprehension when looking but that was no big deal and I could've just as easily redrilled the bike attachment. I went with this version I had a spare spring mount on the carrier if mine ever had issues. Carried my 60# (6y) son as a test and then my 25# (18mo) and 45# (4y) son later in the day to confirm it all worked as it should

E bike design required this to use my trailer. Works perfect. If I could make a design change it I would change the size reducer located in the bike end to a welded part as I’m afraid I will lose it. I Might try silicone adhesive.

This will work for you in a pinch. The assembly came in several pieces. One of the bolts was missing a lock but. I replaced it with a new one, not a big deal. The bike side connector came with a piece of black plastic tubing with a hole drilled in it to serve as a spacer since the trailer side coupling is quite a bit larger. This virtually eliminated the “quick” aspect of this connection since it is nearly impossible to quickly line up the loose piece of plastic tubing and the other two pieces of the coupling to get the pin through. I threw the spacer tubing out and just listen to it rattle behind me as I go. The engineering could use a re-think instead of a sloppy shim idea that ruins the convenience of this type of trailer attachment. I will end up having to do that engineering myself with this product unfortunately.

Good quality great price fast service. Would definitely work better on the cart that I bought it had the seat post hook up that comes loose with no security line. I will use this type of hitch from now on

I ordered this hitch to replace an old failed hitch on my dog's trailer. This is a great option if your old spring style hitches urethane segment has failed. I did need to enlarge the hole slightly to fit into my e-bikes larger rear axle but it was just slightly too small and easily drilled out to a slightly bigger size.

Works great for me and I use it everyday connected to my trailer pulling my nomadic lifestyle behind me. Fit great!

The installation was not as strait forward as I would have preferred.I had to drill the center hole so it fit my bike.One bike I had to install at a slightly less optimum angle b/c of fender screws.Drilling the hole dulled my bit which means hi quality steel forging.I am overall very satisfied and may get more for my other non E-bike.
