I bought this ice pack about four years ago and it is still in great condition. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck which often leads to horrible headaches. This ice pack has helped me with that. What I like most is how it molds perfectly to my neck and base of my skull. It releases the tension built up there. It stays cold for at least 30 minutes, which is plenty of time to get relief. I also like the convenience of the hand strap and the soft fabric cover keeps my hand from freezing while I'm holding it in place. After four years of regular use, it hasn't leaked or worn down at all. Highly recommend if you suffer from tension headaches.

Bought these for my migraines/headaches, but they also work great for their general use. I like the soft cover and strap feature. I wanted to have multiple ice packs so I can rotate them as they warm up after so long. They store well in the freezer. The width is also perfect for my head.

Originally bought these because I was having my gallbladder out , and after you have surgery , things like this are really good... I got it because I thought it would be softer.... It's pretty solid when you freeze it.And once it starts to warm up , it doesn't really work....it did ok for what I needed but the rubber ice packs were actually better

It's just the right size, freezes rather quickly, can also warm it up in microwave for a heat compress. Nice and soft, love the gel beads inside. Great product!

✅ I was very satisfied when I received this because it is a soft fabric on one side and clear vinyl on the other. The beads make it cute, and the pack remains flexible even when frozen. ❌ But in use, I have found that this pack does not stay cold nearly as long as others; I assume because the beads don’t retain the cold as well as a gel or solid substance. 🤷‍♀️ I knew the size before I purchased it so, this is not a criticism of the product. For my use, I would have preferred a little larger pack. This is about the size of a hand, so it would be good for a sore tooth or smaller area. The fabric side would shield the skin from getting too cold.

My cheek swelled up after oral surgery. This ice pack along with taking arnica tea helped to bring down the swelling.
