Cracked!!
Bought a pair of advertised on tv plastic insoles years ago. Still have them. Still like new condition. These on the other hand cracked within a few months

Can't Be Beat
I wear an 8 W women's shoe. I purchased the men's size because of the width. It fits perfectly and works as well as those high priced ones in specialty feet stores.

They Work
Great Arch Support

They are good, but they don't last long.
They do align your spine up, but they don't hold up that well. After about a month they start to crack in the middle.

Unusable
I think they were defective. No ones feet are shaped like these things. They were inexpensive, so I didn't bother returning them. I just threw them away

Peppy feet
This are wonderful. We bought them for our son. We already have them in all our shoes. He was having hip & back pain. After wearing these, the pain is gone!
