Very good, I had many pairs of shoes which I couldn't wear because they hurting my feet and I bought this cushion insert to try, are very good, I can use the shoes without any pain 😊

Can use my trainers again

Good for blisters and can also put inside footy boots to give comfort from rubbing .

For the sake of fairness I gave 3 stars. I will say they stick ok in leather surfaces but I needed them for my boots and they needed to go as high as the cushion on the inside of the boot. From the 4 pairs I ruined 2 immediately because the pad was not sticking and rolling as I put my foot inside the boot. I managed to keep the 3rd pair by having to open the laces completely, nearly undoing them all and keeping a hand inside the boot as I put my foot in.Good for the leather bit, unusable for the lack of sticking to the cushion material inside as would be for trainers or any other shoe less classical.

So much more useable than the old fashioned “thinner” suede heel sticky insert. These fill the heel space well and are very comfortable.

I would not purchase this again. Lasted me only few hours. Took my boots of and they come out with the socks.Not very good at sticking in place. I would say wast of money.

Firstly the adhesion is terrible. It barely lasted the walk down the stairs. Secondly it indicates it’s .28” in thickness but the foam is so soft it collapses to almost flat as soon as you use them. Waste of time. Waste of money.

Really good comfort in my work boots

J'avais acheté des chaussures trop grande. Ces coussinets ont permis de régler le problème. Ils sont facile à mettre en place et ne décolle pas. Je n'ai plus de douleur au pied.
