So I have VERY sensative combination skin, and I am VERY fungal acne prone, so naturally finding a good moisturizer has been a struggle.But THIS STUFF IS MY HOLY GRAIL!! It's super lightweight enough to not be oily or sticky, but still plenty moisturizing! I occasionally have to apply two applications, but only when my face is particularly dry after using exfoliaters.It's fragrance free and has a very mild neutral scent that you'd expect from a fragrance free product.It absorbs moderately fast and doesn't leave any stickiness, and leaves my face feeling soft and smooth, it pairs perfectly with my salicylic acid cleanser and niacinamide serum! This is the ONLY gel-cream moisturizer I've been able to use without fungal acne breakouts and I seriously recommend it 🥹🙏

In terms of ingredients, this gel cream is 10/10 for me *chef kiss*. I've finally found a gel cream that is not silicone- or dimethicone-based since silicone never agrees with my skin and tends to clog my pores, although for many silicone is good for locking in moisture. This gel cream has squalane instead to help with moisturizing, and I really love squalane. I use squalane oil in the winter to help with water loss and dry skin, and squalane never breaks me out. It is surprisingy lightweight and absorbs quickly.In terms of its claim of soothing effects, this gel cream also contains oat seed water, panthenol, and the salt form of licorice root extract, which together help calm down my skin and soothe minor eczema patches on my cheek in a few days. Since it is not moisturizing enough in winter time, I use it as a serum and layer moisturizer and squalane oil on top, and wake up to soft and silky skin! Last but not least, this gel cream does not contain any ingredient that can trigger fungal ance, which is super awesome since I am also very prone to fungal acne.Will definitely repurchase and stock up! It's a nice non-irritating gel. Hard to use the words "cream" or "moisturizing" for this product because its completely oil free so practically offers no occlusive benefit - it's just hydrating and does a good job of that. Wouldn't recommend for dry or damaged skin but could see this fitting really well for normal to oily skin types who like a really invisible/lightweight feel, finishes dewy. Also, cant say it actually helped any redness or "calming".

I still can’t get over the price of this however right now it’s not even available on subscription and I actually purchased it on subscription so I hope it restocks! I think so many influencers are raving about this product, especially if you have a damaged barrier or sensitive or acne prone. Many moisturizers were starting to break me out more. I realized I was just doing way too much to my skin and stressing it out.. an influencer that I follow that has dealt with fungal acne raved about this product, saying she has purchased numerous repeat bottles. I had to give it a try.. and I have to say I am very impressed. I never thought a gel consistency would give me so much hydration.. my old school brain always thought thick the better. But absolutely not if you are sensitive or acne prone.. I have purchased this during prime days and I’m fearing that the subscription is not going to hold up to what I ordered as it’s not available for subscription right now please please restock I can’t be without this product.!!!! And it delivers so fast with Amazon! I have purchased this at $13 and I have purchased this at 17 or $18 at 3.38 ounces. It is an amazing value for your money.! I use a pretty generous amount not that I really need to. I would say got about three months out of it, but I am using it both morning and night so if you only plan on using this in the morning, you could definitely get six months out of it if not more if you use a regular amount.. it spreads very easily. It makes my skin so soft and hydrated.. where is beautifully under make up. I usually will put my SPF. (Paula’s choice) over it and then some Korean cactus gel as my primer. And before use skin1004 Madagascar and ampoule and anua barrier serum priorAnd it has been a game changer for me. I can’t believe how much my skin has changed and just a short amount of time.! Please don’t ever stop selling this product!

Originally, I bought it as an Aveeno oat gel moisturizer dupe, but it outshines the Aveeno significantly.
