Works great no leaks and did the job

The coupling fits tightly to the hose and holds without leaks. The quality is good and the material feels durable. It’s a reliable option for regular use without issues.

I got a cheap one at Ocean State Job Lot and it didn’t fit well, had to tape it to hold. This one however, was firm, fastened well and you could tell the quality difference. Fit and worked as expected.

The product is as described. I used the 1-1/2" connection to connect two pool hoses together for a drainage line for my house sump pump. The connection was tight and secure. In that I was not using the connector for a swimming pool but rather a drainage hose connection I didn't use hose clamps.

This item looks and works fine, except for one small flaw. The way it's made, there is a seam where the two half-tubes are put together. This, along with the fact that it doesn't have a gasket, means that it leaks a little water. I haven't found a way to stop the leaking yet, but I'm working on it.

Both ends are the same size they fit 1.25 or 1.50 just press it in harder if you need a smaller size, great adapter, male and female parts

We have a 5500 gal intex easy set pool. We bought a vacuum from Leslie's and the hose adapter didn't work so we bought 3 others that also didn't work. I was required to stand in the pool and hold the 2 hoses together while my husband vacuumed and vice versa. Real dumb. Finally, this adapter works perfectly and the pool gets clean in half the time because I can help clean instead of holding the hose.
