I have made kimchi several times already with this. They work perfectly and are so easy to use! Just pop off the top,when the kimchi reaches your desired taste, put the little bung in and right in the fridge! Love this kit!

One of the airlocks arrived cracked. The rest of them function perfectly!

Almost everything was perfect. Packed very professionally but one of the air locks was crocked down the middle and there was not damage to the container or shipping box. Leads me to believe it was cracked when packed. that's why it's not getting a five star.

Great product for the money. I have made a jar every week its holding up and its easy to clean. Wide mouth mason jars fit perfectly and the right size for small batches.

Love that this kit comes with the glass weights and an extra gasket. You can remove the airlock and just close the airlock hole instead of having to change to a non-airlocked lid. It doesn’t come with the jars, but it’s still a great value. They work great! I have sauerkraut fermenting right now!!!

Bought these on impulse a year or so ago because store-bought pickled jalepenos are never crunchy enough, either jar or can, and I have plenty of widemouth ball jars around from canning. Been pickling small amounts of things ever since. No failures, no complaints. I try not to buy too much stuff from China, but the price was right and it worked out. If you buy this for pickling, adding an inch of brine from the previous batch (or a store-bought lactic pickle) is a cheat code. Kicks things off much more quickly. Got mostly-sour cucumber pickles in a week.

Absolutely hot trash. The airlocks are dirt cheap so you're really buying this for the lids and the weights. The weights are pretty standard pieces of glass, nothing fancy here. The lids are incredibly cheap and every single gasket between the lid and the airlock has broken effectively making this worthless.Don't trust your fermentations to this setup, ESP for the price. RUn away.

Great quality, but these are for wide mouth jars which I do not have so I ended up returning. Overall very solid quality and looks like they would seal and work well
