Problem is as per picture in oder is not same which I received because formula is change mean milk thistle is present but other ingredients is missing as per picture is showing in advertising what I received

It says 250 capsules but I received a bottle of 120 only.

Means 120 pcs send but i buy 250 pcs

GREAT PRODUCT. Ultrasound scans of my liver found several cysts of notable size. I started taking milk thistle daily, and slowly (over the course of about 2 years)...one by one...all the cysts are now gone. I just had my (last) scan this week. Doctor says there is no evidence of the cysts ever having been there (now). He has suspended the routine scans, indefinitely. I had no real relevant lifestyle changes.
