Best product for tha value
Im a butcher and i have knives up to 12 inches and it does everything that i need with ease ...as long as u angle it right for the proper sharpness......i would recommend this sharpner to everyone....

Great Whet Stone.
I use this everyday to sharpen my knives. It does wonders. I really like this knife sharper. Because with the cheaper one litter take shaving off my knife and make the knife not last as long. I will eventually put a how to video on how to sharpen your knives with this. Because instructions are not clear and did lots of trial n error.

Menacing kitchen utility
Cool a lot? Then you know the dread of finding that sharp knife to do the job. And you know sharpening a dull blade can be tedious work. Not with this thing. You can get an edge real quick! Your knives will cower in fear at the sight of this thing. Three surfaces to choose for your metallurgy freaks. And it's big! I'm talking a foot, not your in-between made for pocket knives size either. Sturdy base perfect for counter top usage.

Great knife sharpening tool
Got this a couple a years ago I cut up a lot of deer and elk up for people and this sure makes shapeen a knife fast and easy it's a a very good one to have

Works for what I need
It's super gritty and the blade hangs a bit from the start but with a little patience it smooths out. A few times on an Arkansas stone after and it's good to go.

グレステンでも刃がつくのが早いです。
粗砥面は、グレステン包丁でも刃がつくのが早いです。変わった形ですが腕の位置が高いので店の共有包丁を数本研いでも腰が痛くなりにくく助かりました。また、コンパクトで乾燥保管なのでスタッフ皆で使うにはとても衛生的です。ありがとうございました。

Good and bad
The design is great and what attracted me to this item in the first place. Its good quality and heavy enough to not move when being used. However, the item i received did have some scratch damage on the plastic when it arrived and the patterns on the diamonds are not the best as some of the gaps are quite large and don't cover the whole surface of the sharpener. Also, i saw an amazon version that was identical for £20 less after i purchased this which made me feel a bit salty.
