I always use 50 micron pockets as I need them to last some time and these do the job effectively, put it this way, these are far superior to the cheap rubbish you get from the supermarket.I normally place about 10 sheets on average into each pocket, I use 100gsm paper in my printer so must have strong pockets to hold my work.These hold well in my ring binders, no issues of tearing and the printed material is clearly readable from the outside of the pockets.£7.99 for 100 pockets is worth it in my opinion.Happy to recommend.These come supplied in a cellophane package, not a box.AmazonCustomer B09CDWQ6WT 160622

I think, for the price, these punched pockets are very good. They are pretty sturdy and they are extremely clear. I buy other makes if I want to read the contents under lamplight, because the shininess of these reflects the light, but I have to pay at least twice the price for these other ones. As a containing folder, and giving excellent clarity of the contents, these suit my purposes very well.

The pockets seemed sturdy, but the holes broke open the moment they were put into ring binders.Returned the pack for a refund.

These aren't that thick for £6 you can get better for less in supermarket.Don't waste your money.
