Don't waste your money. I ordered these bc I didn't feel like driving to Walmart. Big mistake. They don't work. They don't even dissolve. So many good ones out there don't buy these bc they'll do absolutely nothing.

These were what I was looking for! Didn't cause cramping and not too much discharge the next day. Capsuls seemed to "mostly" dissolve but not irritating. Overall, a life saver.
