Great so far
I've been buying cheap (bad) airbeds for years, only for them to hardly last anytime until they deflate and become useless. Add to having incompatible air pumps, I really wanted to get a self-inflating mattress but given most are priced around the £100+ mark for 10cm thick I had always put it off. After lots of research I came across this and was pleased with the price compared to others. Here's a breakdown of the main points after 4 nights camping (TD;DR - it's great, well priced, get it):COMFORT:- Very good. At 10cm thick you're not going to have any issues in this department, especially if you're a side-sleeper. We put a regular mattress cover on it, but the texture of the top is good enough to use on its own. I'm 6'3 and this was just about long enough, and the combined weight of my wife and I (about 160-ish kg) was no problem on this bed. Over the course of 4 nights it softened up (deflated) only ever ever so slightly, not effecting the quality of sleep at all and all it would have taken to reinflate would have been to just open the valves and leave it for a few minutes. All in all, everything super in this department.EASE OF USE:- Very easy to inflate (given it's self-inflating). I've read advice to store self-inflating mattresses inflated rather than folded, so we'll be putting it under the bed. This is obviously takes up a fair amount of space, but if you make sure to roll it out before any trip and just leave it to do it's thing so that the foam can form properly you should be fine. The bag it comes in is very good and oversized for ease, and the velcro straps are very handy. Yes the bag is big and it weighs a fair amount, but this is not designed for hardcore camping treks that need lightweight gear. If you're staying in one place with a car you'll have no issues. Some reviewers will note that self-inflating mattresses like this are difficult to fold away, but those reviewers are of course not very bright or too lazy to put their brains in gear for the benefit of a super comfy bed. Best way to do it is to fold first, then roll - all the while sitting on it to push the air out. Close the valves as you do it to stop it reinflating. It's really not that hard, especially if there's two of you (which I'd assume if you're getting the double version), but it is possible to do it with only one person.QUALITY/LONGEVITY:- Though Silentnight isn't exactly known for their camping gear, they know a little bit about making beds which (hopefully) holds this in good stead. The clincher for me was being able to get additional cover through Amazon just in case there are any issues later down the line. All that being said, I can see nothing in terms of build quality that is cause for concern. Sure it might not be as high-tech (so to speak) as the more expensive Vango beds, but for the price this is excellent value. Should anything happen over the next few years I'll edit this review. In all, if you're looking for a super comfy self-inflating mattress but can't pay the mega bucks for one then this is the one for you.

Very comfortable but very large when rolled up
The self-inflating feature is incredibly convenient. As advertised, there’s no need for an external pump. Simply unroll the mat, open the valve, and watch it inflate on its own within a few minutes. For a firmer feel, a few extra breaths can be added manually. Deflating it is just as straightforward, but its takes a bit of squeezing and squashing to get all the air out, although its difficult to get all the air out so the roll is slightly larger when packing away for the first time.Comfort is paramount when camping, and this mat delivers. The double size provides ample space for two people without feeling cramped. The cushioning is impressive, providing a good balance of softness and support. I slept soundly through the night without feeling the uneven ground. The materials used feel robust and high-quality. After several uses, including some rough handling, there’s no sign of wear or air leaks. The mat seems built to last, which is reassuring for frequent campers like myself.ConsSize when packed: While compact, it may still be a bit bulky for ultra-light backpackers.Firmness: Some might find it too firm initially, but this can be adjusted with manual inflation.

value for money
It's comfortable but it has no valves which make it very, very impractical. You can't inflate it unless you blow in it (which you shouldn't) and deflating it is a bitch. It's also very bulky and very heavy. But, it's also very comfortable.

Comfortable mattress
Great product. Comfortable for camping/festivals - easy to inflate, bit of a technique involved in deflating. Possibly too big to carry, but great if you are driving to festival/campsite.

Fantastic value for quality
I have been looking for a really good matt for ages, but so many are £100 plus. This was under £40 and feels a comfortable as any. Easy to.inflate and deflate. Good deflated size.

big and heavy but durable and comfortable
This is the biggest thing to carry in a car while camping and takes up a lot of space. But its worth it as its a good mattressDefinitely not compact but I suspect there will be a trade off.

Really good and comfy, but there's a caveat.
The tiem provides adequate amount of support and cushion for a good night's rest indoors or outdoors. Inflates quite nicely too. You can assist it by bouncing around the inner bed as it tries to get settled and suck in more air.Now the bad part. Deflating and rolling this sucker back into it's original packed form will give you a proper work out. I was able to do it by myself being conditioned as I do exercise, but if you've been sedintary, you may need a friend or two to fully repack this into the bag.
