I experimented with electrolytes only and then discovered EAA with electrolytes, and the difference in intense workouts in the heat is amazing. Strongly recommend this brand, I have found the mango flavor to my liking.

The fruit punch flavor is bitter-sweet, and it rarely dissolves completely. However, the product works great for giving you sustainable energy without a crash!

This tasted so foul I absolutely could not drink it. I really wanted to like it, but it was bitter and nasty. Amazon does not allow returns on this product so I am out 30.00 for nothing!!!!

On it's own the taste was great. Mixed in a smoothie with an orange and it wasn't very tasty. I'll stick to just mixing it with water.
