When the shield arrived it was smaller than i thought it would be , i used it with a friend tonight and it is not suitable for hard punching It is uncomfortable for the person holding it , it doesnt absorb the punching like the ones in my krav maga class , in my opinion this shield is only suitable for juniors under the age of 12
