Works like it says it does . after 2 years just about I am just now needing to get new batteries for this product they no longer keep a charge .

Charger for Xbox remotes
So far so good. Easy to place on base to charge and easy to read if charged or not. Recommend.

Customer Service Outweighs Product Quality
I've owned Xbox rechargeable batteries before and the problem I've always had is that I needed to replace the batteries themselves every time to charge. This docking station intends for you to replace the battery first, and never have to touch it again. The problem I encountered is that the plastic hooks that keep the battery locked in are very weak and broke on one of the batteries after the first use. In addition, the dock station is VERY picky, and it takes more time than it should to dock my controller than it should. I am working with the company via their warranty policy to fix these issues. So far their customer service has done a much better job than the product itself has. All in all I wouldn't purchase this again, but if you're looking for something cheap and temporary, this product is for you.

Great charger
I have ordered these controllers for 3 different bedrooms, I have a lot of kids and a lot of Xboxes, this a great product, it arrives quickly and it’s easy to install and use.

Product Failed In Less Than A Month
Poor product, mine has failed after 1 month.The charger detects the controllers when placed onto it. The Red lights illuminate to indicate charging and then the lights go out after less than a minute and it does not charge the batteries.Rather annoying.
