It's pretty neat how they work,the pump doesn't actually pump the water into the pots it's more like a gravity fed system,this I figured out on my own. It took a while to figure it out but finally it makes sense!

Took awhile with no direction but 3 years later I dialed it in. First setup invest in zip ties to secure tubing to the attachments tubing must be flush cut and pushed in. Invest in a air pump 1100 gph or greater for top results. I suggest you Invest or build a filter chamber to control clogging and waste buildup. I started with this system learning and it was extremely expensive to learn the simple things is what fails and half is owners error due to lack of reliability of information concerning this system. This system gives you full control things grow bigger faster. Meaning you must have the drive this system has

This is an advanced level system and having an understanding of water systems, like in a camper or RV, will help immensely. Leaks are common if you don't follow the instructions. You should of received 2 washers per bucket, USE THEM! One on the bottom of the bucket where it meets the connector, and one on top where the thing screws in. You need plumbers tape on all screw in grommets. Aquarium sealant on the grommets in the control bucket. Zip ties work but suck since they can’t get a grip on the tubing. PEX crimps are better and are what is used with RVs. Do not crimp in the ridges, crimp on top of the ridge to get a good grip. All tubes must be flush and I recommend a full day of testing before putting plants in it. Hope this helps.

Love these 5 gallon grow planters. I accidentally bought the 3 gallon round ones....they worked great. I had to try these, they accept the 12” square planters, these work wonderful. These can be used in a ebb and flow system with a controller and res or as a drip down with a condensate pump return. The hardware is water tight and well thought out. The bottom drain is funneled drains completely. The fittings are 3/4” barbed and run under the raised feet. Love these.

People do not take pride in their work, the hole in the bottom pots is literally such poor quality, I was in plastic molding for years, they would be better off molding these and have someone drill them out as someone else mentioned, instead they had someone trim the molding flash with a razor and they seal like crap. I have too much invested in my system to get rid of them so I will get everything necessary to improve but not happy about it. As a Director of a Quality Management system I say shame on their Quality Control department for selling this as is. This set is sold for over 120$ and costs all of dollars to mold and most cost is more than likely in shipping. Improve your Quality Procesures manufacturing and you will have a great product.

Awesome product , I did take the time to clean up all the holes in both the netted baskets and the containers with a razor blade knife. I love this product !!

The hole in bottom of bucket was made with a razor not a hole cutting tool. It's a joke....I didn't get 12 gaskets either. I bought one from hardware store but rubber is too hard won't seal.I'm pulling them out of grow tent today. Spent 3 days messing with it. Haven't got response from company yet either....NO INSTRUCTIONSReally frustrated.
