I bought this backpack was some trepidation because I thought it was too cheap but I needed something quickly that was big enough to carry a larger laptop. In fact, it looks a little cheap as it is made with nylon that it is a little shiny. Boy, were my worries misplaced. This pack is GREAT, completely indestructible (long outlasting the laptop it was bought for. Many pockets both zipped and not and shows no dirt or wear although I have used it for dozens of trips. (I am currently leaving New Zealand for Australia.) The only downside is that the straps cannot be shortened as much as I’d prefer but this probably wouldn’t be a problem for taller people. Highly recommend.

This is a great travel backpack with a ton of space! There are so many compartments in thsi pack but the one that sold it for me was the hidden compartment on the back padding. I always put my meds or jewelry in this space because it is at my back and I can feel it. The pack easily fits under the seat on an airplane and has a strap to hook to your carry on suitcase. The fabric is quality on the outside and inside. I have spot cleaned it a few times with no problems. The zippers work well but one of the front compartments has an odd lip that makes it awkward to unzip but it can be seen as a safety feature as well. There are small elastic compartments on both sides that fit a reasonable water bottle but not the trendy handle cups. I would order this again for sure!

I know I didn’t read the dimensions very well, but for what they are I love it. The backpack is exactly how it’s described. I love the feel of the fabric and look of it! It looks better in person and I love the shape of the zipper tab. I honestly love everything about it!! I wished there were more pockets, but it is what it is for this. Worth the cost of it.

I've used this bag 3 times since I got it. I bought it to use for work. I actually think its the perfect work bag for me. I love all the pockets and sections. It has a place for everything! It holds so much without being heavy on my shoulders. Unfortunately it's already coming apart (see photo). I'll probably just stitch it up because I really do like it. But it's just a bummer that I've had for such a short time and it's already looking so worn in.

While a little heavier than expected, it holds everything I need it to with room for more. It is also stylish without doing too much...exactly what I was going for. The straps feel sturdy and I appreciate the hidden pocket and the pockets for water. This bag does what needs doing at a great price point.

Love this backpack! I bought it back in December so I've had it about 6-7 months now, and have carried it on many many trips. It perfectly fits my laptop, chargers/cables, ipad, extra stuff and every pen known to man. I think it has just enough compartments to make it useful but not so many that the bag eventually becomes an overweight black hole of doom. I really enjoy it's sleek look, and the gold trim pieces give it a classy touch. I use mine mainly for vacations and trips, so it isn't getting daily use, but it functions and looks good whenever I take it out. It's comfortable to wear and I feel looks more "adult" than a lot of the school backpack currently on the market. The price also makes it a winner for me. Really exceeded my expectations!

This backpack is a great size, fitting as a personal item on at least JetBlue based on my experience recently. The black color holds up great to dirt and the exterior is water repellent. The zipper locking feature and small side pocket made me feel comfortable traveling with some valuables. The water bottle holder works for most of mine but is a bit tight when the backpack is full
