What Country is it made in?

I had to return this cap because it was too big. Reordered a Jeff and Aimy version that allows adjusting. This hat was made in China

How long is the brim (from the edge of the visor to head)? I need it for some sun protection for face while doing winter walking.

Is the visor made of cardboard or plastic?

The bill of this cap is covered, top and underside, with the same material as the rest of the cap. Underneath the material feels like uncorrigated cardboard. I will mention that the cap runs big for me.
