Good product, arrived on time, and in new condition.At first I wasn't sure it was gong to work for me.I couldn't figure out how to get comfortable and it initially increased my static pain trying to use it.After trying various different approaches to using I have found a routine that works.Once settled in correctly I can sit for hours comfortably without pain.Be patient at first and I believe you will really be glad you made the purchase.
