This is a large grater and is sharp. It is very easy to grate all types of cheese. Whilst it size may be an issue if you are very tight on storage space, it does make cleaning it a real doddle as you easily get inside to clean it. From a top company, it should last for years. Yes it’s more expensive than other graters, but it is far better quality than the ones I returned. The plastic collection box is also good quality and does a decent job of collecting most of the cheese, but like all vertical graters, a small quantity of softer type cheese will always end up on the grating surface and not in the container.

Calidad y utilidad propias de esta marca, buen material, no se deforma como otros y el recipiente que se acopla en la parte inferior es de gran utilidad para que caigan los alimentos que vas rallando, además se guarda dentro del rallador cuando no lo usas, no ocupando ningún espacio extra, muy bueno.
