Got a beautiful 1975 Monte Verdi in pristine condition and was so excited to hear my old records. Unfortunately, the needle had been damaged. I was not sure where to get such a specialized part, so I went to my favorite go to, Amazon, to start my search. Sure enough, I found one and ordered it to be delivered ASAP. I was counting the minutes until the needle came, but it never came. Upset, I contacted Amazon and the host company sent us a new one without any hassle. When I did get the replacement, it was easy to install and sounds better than any of the digital equipment I ever owned. Thank you for the replacement, we are very happy with the product.

I needed a new needle for my handed down record player my aunt baught new in 1965 the needle looked small to me but was a perfect match now my records sound better then ever new needle is a must buy!
